Description
Just renovated, clean, bright and beautiful bungalow located walking distance to grocery stores, Southside Village, Downtown, Burns Court, Bayfront Park, Selby Gardens and more. Situated perfectly between St. Armand's Circle/Lido Key and Siesta Key. Sarasota Memorial Hospital and Pinecraft are close by. Fenced in yard your pet and walkable to many parks.
Space
You will feel right at home in the Arlington Park/East of Trail area. It is close to everything you will want to see in Sarasota. There are two public pools nearby. One is within walking distance in Arlington Park and is available for use for around $2 per day. The other is at Lido Beach pavilion and is free to the public. This is my favorite beach and Siesta Key is the next favorite. You also have Bayfront Park, Bird Key Park, Longboat Key, Anna Maria, Caspersen Beach (Venice) and more if you want to explore. Selby Gardens and the Ringling Bridge are the two most fabulous bicycle destinations and very close by. You have covered parking and a large fenced in yard. I follow the Golden Rule and give guests exactly what I would want - quality sheets, toilet paper, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, coffee, tea and more. There is a grill in the back for a cookout and patio furniture to enjoy our beautiful weather.
