Two bedrooms and a full bath on both the second floor and the walk-out lower level make ample space for extended families, allowing for quiet times and fellowship.
Summer days can be spent at the community beach on Lake Michigan, or poolside at the community clubhouse, which also has tennis and basketball courts available. The larger Pentwater area presents opportunities for biking, hiking, sailing, kayaking, and all the activities enjoyed by many.
Local attractions include many fresh fruit and produce farm markets, craft breweries and locally-owned restaurants, gift shops and boutiques, and historical sites. Access to dune riding facilities are close at hand, as are many smaller lakes offering fishing and recreation activities.
