Welcome to Sturtevant Bay Lakefront Paradise and the first season this property on Squam Lake is being offered for rental. It uniquely offers a spacious layout suitable for family and friends to spread out.
This A-frame construction boasts ample sunlight and stunning views overlooking the private beach, swim dock, boat slip, hammock, and grass area for playing yard games. Kayaks, paddleboards, a canoe, corn hole boards, and a Solo campfire are provided for guests to enjoy during their stay.
The movie "On Golden Pond" is what most people think of when they hear Squam Lake. Our hope is that families and friends create memories to cherish for years to come! Whether it be relaxing on the beach, exploring the lake by boat with local guides, hiking Rattlesnake Mountain, or dining at wonderful venues in Center Harbor, Meredith, and Holderness, we take great pride in being able to provide our guests one of the most tailored rental experiences in New England.

The home is situated in a small cove off a private dirt road, offering our guests complete privacy.
Guests have access to use the private boat dock, swim raft, beach, kayaks, paddleboards, a canoe Solo Campfire Pit, grille, and hammock.
Technology offered includes high-speed wifi, a Sonos sound system, two flat-screen televisions with Chromecast, and a desk outfitted with a monitor, keyboard, and mouse for remote workers.
We ask that guests be respectful of the property and keep noise levels down as there are neighbors next door and we want to respect their privacy and peaceful cove.

Sturtevant Bay Lakefront Paradise on Squam is situated on a quiet, private road shared by one other property. We ask that guests drive slowly and are courteous to the neighbors next door. Parking is in the front of the house. We ask that guests don't park on the grass. The lockbox is located to the left of the entrance on the lowest level. It is best to unload luggage and bring it to the living area downstairs. The main level layout is best for entertaining, cooking in the kitchen, and serving guests on the spacious deck. There is a Weber propane grill provided on the deck facing the lake.
We provide two bundles of wood for guests to enjoy with the Solo Campfire pit on the beach. Additional bundles of wood may be purchased for $5.00 a bundle. Please Inquire with Ashley prior to arrival if you foresee using more than two bundles during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Please be respectful and limit noise for all to enjoy the peaceful cove.
