Summary: While this isn't the worst place to stay, I would say that the cleanliness is not even just "not meticulous" as one of the other reviews mentioned. I would say that when I think of not meticulous, I would think perhaps the baseboards aren't dusted. But the mirror in the bath wasn't clean. Handles, sink spout, kitchen spout, counters - all had visible uncleanness (specifically in the bathroom it appeared to be toothpaste splooge marks on the sink, faucet, and mirror. We didn't get communication from the owner until I prompted them which was unusual from my other experiences. It is an apartment and you can hear the people above you. Overall I'd say the space is nice, but not the best I've stayed in. It was in a good location for the event we were attending, and relatively close to concord or Manchester if you wanted to go out. The owner seemed nice enough, when I did call them for clarification.
