This 1,856 square foot Disney themed updated Town House is located in the beautiful Regal Palms Resort. You are close to all of the Orlando area parks and attractions, yet away from the heavy traffic of Irlo Bronson Parkway. Most importantly your vacation unit is located in Phase 1 of the resort - a short 2-3 minute walk from the great amenities at Regal Palms. This is a fully licensed rental unit and meets all requirements of Florida Hotel regulations. Regal Palms is just West of Disney off US 27 near US 192. NOTE: There is a $20/day/unit (plus tax) resort fee payable to the resort at check-in.
