This home sits between the ocean and the river. Just a short walk straight up the road and your feet are in the sand! Wilbur by the Sea, is a no-drive beach, a great place for families! Just 5 mins down A1A, either way, you will come to the drive on beach. 10 mins south and you are in beautiful Ponce Inlet, 15 mins north brings you to exciting Daytona. At the house you will find a comfortable living room with a 75 inch tv, a reclining loveseat and a large couch with a chaise. The large eat-in kitchen is perfect for entertaining. A table and chairs and an island with bar stools offers plenty of seating. This kitchen is perfect for the chef in the family. Upstairs you will find 2 large bedrooms, each with a king bed. There are sliders in each bedroom leading to a screened balcony with a view of the marina. A full bath with step in shower is at the end of the hall. Another full bath is downstairs. One half of the 2 car garage is for guest use. There you will find a beach starter kit, a wine cooler, a full size washer and dryer plus a full bathroom! A restaurant across the street.
