Out the sliding glass doors you’ll find a nice, wide, clean sandy beach for the the kids to play while you curl up with a good book with your toes in the sand listening to the crash of the waves. Plenty of gorgeous sunsets to enjoy from the decks. This 3 story 3000 square foot beach house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out including two living rooms. The downstairs has a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette that can be completely closed off for privacy. The beautifully decorated home also has everything you need to enjoy your stay including games, sand toys, boogie boards, standup paddle board, balls, frisbee's, etc. There is also everything you’d need in the kitchen, or eat out at any of the many restaurants in the area. A washer and dryer is available for your convenience. Enjoy a bath in the jacuzzi tub, or have fun making s’mores in the fire pit in the sand. This will be a vacation you won’t forget, and a place you’ll come back to year after year to make more memories.

The area is known for great beach walks, boating, surfing, whale watching, windsurfing, kayaking, scuba diving, jet skiing, snorkeling, and fishing. There's plenty to see and do in Ventura County for people of all ages. Visit beautiful nearby towns, such as Malibu, Santa Barbara, and Ojai. World class surfing out front.
The Channel Islands National Park is located only eleven miles off shore. By boat it only takes 1 hour to take you on an exciting day-long excursion to Anacapa or Santa Cruz island. These islands are home to more than 2,000 plant and animal species - some found nowhere else on Earth such as the channel Fox. The whole family will be in awe by exploring these wondrous islands. If you can't make it out to the islands head to the Ventura Harbor for the Channel Islands visitors center and put your hands in the touch tank!
