With close proximity to Pike National Forest and Rocky Mountain National Park, Larkspur is the perfect home base for your Colorado vacation. The space
You'll have 2400 sq ft of private living space on the 1st floor of our 2 story home. The space includes 2 large bedrooms each with their own TV, 2 1/2 granite and tile bathrooms, a full size futon, a separate work space, a family room with a large TV, and a well-equiped gourmet kitchen with a center island for indoor dining. Outside there is a huge patio that includes a brand new grill, fire pit, swing, dining area, bistro table, propane heaters, and edison lights from which to enjoy the INCREDIBLE views. Watch the occassional trains in the distance as they sweep across the valley as if you are in Switzerland.
Other things to note
The space has accessibility options such as a step in whirlpool tub. There are 4 wide stairs from the driveway to the lower patio where you enter and exit the space.
