Queen sized sleeper sofa, tile floors throughout entire home, enclosed pool”Not Heated “ boat dock in deep-water (There is a $850.00 Water Craft Fee if you want to dock your boat at the dock, only when the dock is available), marina boat launch 0.5 mile from house, canoe available. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
This home offers expanded cable, WiFi and this House located close to Jacksonville Beach’s best restaurants, bars and attractions. Available weekly and monthly. Rates exclude taxes & fees and Holidays.
We use video surveillance in exterior entrance and exits of the house and pool/dock due to rental liability insurance. Surveillance is recorded but not monitored.
Pet frandly, pet can not be left unattended outdoors and no excessive barking.
