The maximum capacity of the home is 4 people. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and ample storage with a closet and drawers. The full bathroom, with a walk-in shower, is conveniently connected to the bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, and refrigerator/freezer, as well as essential appliances like a Keurig, microwave, and toaster. The sofa can be converted into a queen bed, accommodating two additional guests. An electric fireplace adds warmth and coziness on colder nights, and the family room also includes a smart TV.
Outside, you'll find a covered patio with a table, which can be enclosed with a sliding screen to keep mosquitos out. For outdoor cooking, there's a covered Blackstone Griddle, along with a pizza oven.
There are farm fresh eggs from our chickens, herbs and fruit trees along with a butterfly garden that the guests are welcome to use and enjoy. There will be fresh eggs in the refrigerator upon arrival. Any additional eggs throughout your stay will be found in a covered container near the chicken coop which you can use. Please make sure the egg container is closed to prevent any animals getting to them.
There is another listing on the property that is approximately 50 yards away and is far enough to maintain privacy. The garden and chicken coop may be visited by the renters of the other listing. The owner will be on the property every 2 days to take care of the chickens and maintain the lawn and plants as needed.
