Beautiful country home. Peaceful and private. Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub and sitting by fire pit. Close to Nashville and Memphis. Located within 25 miles of bethel and UTM. Located also within 30 miles of Paris landing state park. Currently only small oven working. And.. its a septic system, you must throw toiket paper in the garbage can do not . flush. Also please be aware that this house is in the coubtry and its an older home with all wood walls, crilings and floors. Here in the south we have more wasps, bees, dirt dobbers and such than people from the north are used to. So, there may be an occasionalwasp or two that may get into the house. If peace, comfort, privacy and a beautifulsetting is what tiyr lookjng for this is the place. Will be clising December 10th for one year.
