It is close to the beaches, shopping, dining and nightlife of downtown Naples yet you have a wonderful community within Ole! This Santa Clarita three bedroom townhome has two floors with gorgeous furnishings, Smart TV's, Internet, tile and wood floors throughout. This condo has great natural light and lives like a single family home! We have a great location and are steps away from the OLE Town Center. Ole has a pedestrian friendly, old fashioned yet modern Village Center with an Ice cream parlor, Movie theater (free 2x per week with popcorn), Library, Pub, Bistro and a resort style pool complete with pool side service, cabanas and hammocks. You can also enjoy the fitness and aerobics studio, billiards, pickle ball, volleyball, bocce ball, tennis and basketball courts. Within the Lely Resort Community, there are 2 public golf courses, a full service spa and many restaurant options even walking distance to Starbucks and Publix Supermarket - use our cruiser bikes to enjoy it all.
