This beautifully appointed home and property has recently been completely renovated to the studs and turned into a gorgeous architectural masterpiece. The property is conveniently located 2.5 blocks to the beach path at West Beach and Shoreline Park. The spacious property is completely enclosed by a handsome redwood fence providing privacy and comfort. The interior of the home has been meticulously designed for form and function. Upon entry, guests will be greeted by exposed steel and wood beams anchored by a beautiful peninsula fireplace. The living room has all new furniture and features a 65" Frame 4K TV. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, french door fridge, an island with seating and all of the finest amenities. The dining area comfortably seats up to 6. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, vaulted ceiling and exposed wood beam, 50" 4K TV. The en-suite bath has heated floors, heated towel warmers, and Hansgrohe fixtures throughout. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, garden views, with adjoining bath for easy access. The bath has a full size bathtub and heated towel warmer.
All bedrooms have luxury blackout blinds.
Two sets of french doors on both the East and West sides of the property provide for easy indoor/outdoor living. The paver patio has outdoor dining, comfortable lounge furniture with a fire pit, a Weber grill, and heated outdoor shower. The ancillary structure functions as a third bedroom option with its own 55" 4K TV, queen sofa bed, and large windows.
