With it's own private entrance and backyard space, tucked away from it all enjoy your time in this two bedroom apartment equipped with all your essential needs.
The space
This two story building provides a beauty salon on the lower level and a courtyard entry to the apartment above. Entering on Clay Street, through the well lit courtyard is the apartment entry way.

In the master bedroom overlooking Main Street there is a queen size comfortable bed and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom provides a full size futon and office space. Enjoy the open living space adjacent to the kitchen, and full dining area.

Nearby there are various local restaurants, shopping areas and community activities.

Violations & Grounds for Termination:

• NO SMOKING in the unit. There will be a $300 violation fee if evidence of smoke is detected. This fee will pay for deep cleansing.

Summary: The place was as described and there was enough sleeping space for the 6 of us. The only issues were finding parking and finding the actual entrance. We had to walk through a narrow, dark alley way to find the rear (only) entrance. It looked like there were lights that lined the alley, but they were not on/working which made it dark and a little sketchy given we had small children with us. Overall a fine stay with close proximity to Pittsburgh.
