This Paradise Retreats standalone Spanish-style home is located in Santa Barbara’s cutest neighborhood, West Beach. It’s filled with small bungalows and boutique hotels that are just steps from the beach, Stearns Wharf, State Street, and the Harbor. The Brewhouse Restaurant, Neighborhood Bar, and Amtrak station are all close by making the walkability that much better.
The tri-level home embraces its Spanish architecture with modern comforts. The ground floor offers the first Primary Suite with a private enclosed patio and extremely large spa-inspired bathroom. The second level includes a cozy Living Room, open Kitchen, Guest Room, and Guest Bath. The third level focuses on the view with the second Primary Suite offering a private rooftop balcony. Not only is this home beautiful but it’s eco-conscious as being one of the first Platinum LEED Certified and Green Constructed Projects in the nation.
