Summary: Very cold outside. I pulled into the front so my wife could roll the luggage inside and then I could find a parking spot. Shuttle driver then berated me for having my car by the front door so that my wife could exit the vehicle with our suitcase, instead of assisting her. He then instructed me to backup. Such a nice welcome on a cold Saturday afternoon when there were no others cars around.
