This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect family rental that will leave both the kids and adults happy. The home has a large flat screen TV in the living area, a fully equipped kitchen and bedrooms with very comfortable mattresses. A king size bed and a flat screen TV in the Master bedroom, a queen size in bedroom #2 and two twin beds in bedroom #3 and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a washer and dryer vertical center conveniently located in the home and close to the bedrooms. The dining area has French doors opening to the balcony overlooking the pool. Other amenities include WiFi throughout the property.
A wonderful and refreshing semi-private pool (shared by only two other units) awaits you and your family when you come back from the beach. The patio also features a stone picnic table and tropical patio furniture, all surrounded by year-round flower beds.
The awesome SPI beach is only a short walk away, and there are a couple of good restaurants also at walking distance from the home, such as PadreRita Grill and Blackbeards, two of my favorites!
