Summary: There was limited hot water for showers and there was NO PRESSURE for showers. I talked to the clerk 4 times and they said I would have to talk to hotels.com. I am very unclear on why they kept passing me to you. The breakfast had limited options and the eggs/sausage were horrible. Coffee was very very bad. I feel I over paid for this hotel.
