Summary: The check in process was easy but wished that we would have gotten the information without having to reach out. I had messaged the host at about 6pm and check in was at 4pm as I had not heard anything yet. She had then told me where the key was and some house rules. When we got there some windows had been left open but none of the fans were on yet or AC units. There is only AC in the two upstairs bedrooms and then a fan in the main bedroom upstairs, entry room by garage and down stairs rooms. With the air on in the bedrooms and the fans going it made the house better but I would not want to stay there when it’s 90 out honestly with no central air. (If there was central air don’t know how to turn it on as both thermostats did not work) The tv is very basic and the connection there is next to impossible so don’t expect to get good signal on a phone or computer. The basement is very warm and again no air down there just fans. However previous people said it smelled like mold and I did not smell any so that was a plus. Also no flies like other reviews. We used the microwave which worked. Not the stove so can not tell you if that did. The fridge worked great. The garbage cans were in the garage so they were easy to find when we needed to take out trash. However let me be the one to warn you the shower every 5 mins becomes burning hot so you need to listen for pressure change. Also check out was fine but we were not given any instructions so I just messaged the host
