Come kick back, relax and simply enjoy our warm, comfortable guesthouse as a vacation get-a-way. Or if you are the adventurous type like ourselves, use our home as a base for all the adventures and excursions that Flagstaff, its four seasons, and Northern Arizona offers. The home is located in the quiet, safe neighborhood, overlooking downtown known as Cherry Hill. Just a 5-minute walk down the hill puts you in the heart of downtown, bustling with local shops, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, bars, live music venues and more—and you don’t have to battle the parking!
Our guesthouse was completely rebuilt in 2007 and includes, new kitchen, radiant heat with cork floors, mini split AC and vaulted ceilings. The home features tons of windows and is bright and sunny, with views into our private backyard, surrounded by ponderosa pine trees. The floor plan has an open, fully equipped kitchen, with a bar that flows into a dining area and quaint living room. There are two large bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom—each bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The living room has a huge 60-inch flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. Choose from our great selection of movies for all ages for your evening entertainment. The living room also has a cozy gas fireplace for those chilly winter months—easy to operate! The comfortable couch turns into a queen-size bed to accommodate more people. We have an ipod/ipad dock for your listening pleasure and wi-fi for internet access. The guesthouse also features a washer and dryer for those who enjoy longer stays or want to dry some wet snow gear. We also have a pack-n-play and high-chair-type seat available for infants and toddlers.
The guesthouse is attached to our main house but is completely separated and has its own entrance. We have provided a private patio with a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs, separate and isolated from our communal backyard. The private patio is an awesome place to enjoy the incredible nighttime star gazing and peace and quiet in the fresh mountain air. There is additionally access to our huge communal backyard that features a jungle gym and trampoline with mesh enclosure.
We live in the main house and are available for help/questions anytime. We are friendly, warm people and enjoy meeting all of our guests. However, we respect your privacy and space as well. Please feel free to interact with us as much, or as little as you'd like.
