Welcome to our little slice of Heaven.
Presenting a 2400 sq. ft. home sitting on just over 5 wooded acres. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 baths an incredible view of the Talkeetna Mountains across the lake. Watch the Northern Lights dance across the sky in the winter months. During the rest of the year, you can watch a variety of waterfowl make the lake their home.
The outdoor hot tub sits on the deck, facing the lake. The deck wraps around three sides of the house. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor Barbecue to grill your fresh salmon or steaks. You can even have your very own gourmet chef cater you meals onsite. The dining room has a table that seats 10 plus there are another 6 bar stools at the kitchen bar.
The main floor has a living room plus a family room, bathroom, dining room, kitchen, and 1 bedroom. The upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The master bedroom has a vanity / sink in the room, with direct access to the bathroom. There is a TV in the living room, the family room, and the master bedroom with Roku and local channels. The gas fireplace in the living room is a nice touch to sit by and drink your morning coffee.
This is a perfect family vacation base. Meet your fly-in fishing guide or flight seeing guide right out the front door to start your day. Canoe, kayak, or cross country ski across the lake for some relaxation. Fishing galore year round! River fishing at the Little Su or Montana Creek, zip-lining in Talkeetna, or hiking at Hatcher's Pass are only a few of the invigorating activities that our little area in Alaska has to offer. Anchorage is about 50 miles southwest.
