This 1,900 SF home has a fabulous open floor plan with 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Full, Full size) all bedrooms have new mattresses, down pillows and comforters (all hyper-allergenic bedding), 2 flat screen TV's, convenient tile floors, Large kitchen with granite countertops, Dining room table (seats 8), 2 full bathrooms, fully fenced in backyard with a BBQ charcoal grill, fire pit and gorgeous saltwater heated pool. You will find the home well stocked with everything that you need. There is a washer/dryer in the house - which makes life easy! The pool area is fenced in, assuring privacy What's nearby? Indian Rocks Beach and Belleair Beach are both within five-and-a-half miles! Largo Golf Course is just four-and-a-half miles away for guests who brought their golf clubs. Head out to the Florida Botanical Gardens (just over two miles from the home) for a free attraction highlighting the natural beauty of the area or Lake Seminole Park for hiking or biking. Parking Notes: Guests can park two cars in the garage and two cars in the driveway. No on-street parking is allowed.
