This unique home is only 20 minutes from Natural Bridge State Park, Torrent Falls and the Daniel Boone National Forest. Hollerwood off road ATV park is 30 min away. Enjoy a relaxing stay in our country home surrounded by beautiful farmland and mountains . Room to park trailer if you are hauling bikes or ATV.
This home features 3 bedrooms with King, queen and full size beds. Newly remodeled master bath and guest bath. Master has walk-in shower; guest bath has bathtub with shower. The living room has a reclining leather sofa and loveseat, electric fireplace, 60-inch HDTV with Roku, Netflix, and WIFI also included. The kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, four burner stove, sink, Keurig and all dishes with utensils. There is also a washer and dryer for laundry.
If you enjoy stunning views, the outside features a covered front porch with seating, large back deck built around a 100-year-old tree, including patio table, chairs, lounge chairs and gas grill. While the kids are catching fire flies, enjoy a glass of wine under the stars and string lights hanging above the patio area. There is a Fire pit out back if you want to roast smores and enjoy the evening hanging around the house.
