The single level open concept home with cable and Wi-Fi is wonderfully appointed with a dream kitchen that has two built in ovens, a five burner gas grill and an 9’ x 4’ island big enough to comfortably sit many people.
The family room has a 60” smart flat screen TV and has comfortable seating for eight. There is a technology work area for four (or more) with high speed Internet.

The third bedroom has two trundle beds, a work area and a sitting area for two along with a 50” flat screen smart TV. The second bathroom has a double sink vanity with separate shower/bath and toilet areas.
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, walking and riding paths along a canal, transportation, parks, the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch, a beautiful local library with fishing available, golf courses, Spring Training games, etc.
Use this relaxing place as a home base to travel to San Diego (5 ½ hours), Puerto Penasco, Mexico (5 hours), lakes (35 minutes), snow skiing (3 hours), Grand Canyon (4 hours) or just sit, relax and enjoy the private park!

Bedroom #3 (sleeps 4): 2 new Beautyrest twin mattresses on top with 2 new Ikea Meistervik mattresses in trundles below, work table and chair, sitting area for two, two closets, ceiling fan and 50” flat screen smart TV.

Sheets, towels and pool towels are provided; start up paper products are also provided (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, hotel sized bar soap, liquid hand soap, laundry detergent and garbage bags;

In addition to TVs, there are games, puzzles, DVDs, books and CDs with portable CD player, portable record player and VHS player with children’s tapes;
Backyard Park
Two large grass areas for games and relaxing, outdoor ping pong table, foosball table, large flagstone patio, patio umbrellas, Ramada with table, chairs, prep area, gas barbeque, fire pit with built in bench seating; grass, desert and wooded areas and outside lighting .
Pool area
Large 20,000 gallon pool with water feature, jetted bench and raised platform with table and chairs; NOT FENCED. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED.

Garage is not accessible but there are spots for 3 cars on driveway

For security purposes only, there are two Ring video cameras on the property. One is a doorbell camera that shows who is at the door. The other is at the rear door to the property and shows portions of the back yard and in particular, persons who may enter through that door. The pool is in view of the camera as well. Both cameras are outside and only show outside. Per VRBO policy, both cameras are used strictly for security purposes and footage is deleted after 60 days.
