The Home
Our lakefront home features 2 bedrooms, and 1 ½ baths. One bedroom features a queen bed, and the other features a full size bed. This sleeps 4 comfortably, and we are limiting the house rental to 4 people. The house has a large great room that overlooks the lake, with 4 big full patio doors/windows, so the lake view from the home is exceptional. The kitchen is large, with all the conveniences of home! The large deck, complete with table and chairs, and grill, overlooks the lake. This house is handicap friendly. There are no stairs getting into the home.
The Lake
Twin Lake is an approximately 650 acre all-sports lake with no public access, and only has about 25 homes on the lake. A large part of the lake is State land frontage and we are directly across from this – so you see no homes when you look straight across the lake, from our home. It is a very private lake!
Items on our property
We have an aluminum fishing boat, 2 kayaks and a canoe. It is a great fishing lake, and the perfect size lake for kayaking. There is a bonfire pit right by the water - perfect for late night gatherings! Get a game of volleyball going, relax in the hammock, or just sit in the beach chairs and read. We have a 2 car garage that you can store your gear in.
Other things to do
You will find that you won’t want to leave this great lakefront home, but if you do – there are lots of restaurants, shopping, and other fun attractions all within 20 minutes away. There is great golf nearby, and we are situated right by St. Helen's ORV trails (hundreds of miles of groomed trails which provide ample riding area for the Off Road Vehicle or snowmobile enthusiasts!)
Our home can be enjoyed ANY season! We have a wood burning fireplace for those cool Fall evenings, and of course, a full furnace, for the wintertime. It is just beautiful any time of the year! on up, and enjoy a "home away from home"!
