Cook your favorite meals in the full kitchen or on the BBQ grill on the back deck. Walk to your tee time or enjoy the views over the golf course and the mountains surrounding the area. The 18-hole golf course and encompassing area are great places for wildlife viewing, so keep an eye out for elk, deer, and various birds year-round.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by the main living area. This great space is an open concept layout that offers views of the golf course and tons of natural sunlight. The living area is highlighted by the stacked stone gas fireplace, leather love seat, and leather sleeper sofa. There is a smart TV on the fireplace mantel for your entertainment. Next to the living area is the dining space with a gorgeous wood table that comfortably seats 6 guests and a great view of the golf course. The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets and all stainless-steel appliances, including a gas range. The kitchen is well-equipped to make great meals or a light snack. Out the back door is a nice-sized deck with impressive views, outdoor seating, and a propane grill for use. There is a convenient half bath (sink and toilet) on the main level as well as a washer and dryer closet.
Upstairs features the property's two king bedrooms and one shared full bathroom (tub/shower combo, sink, and toilet). The first king bedroom faces east and gets lots of morning light. This room has a TV and a ceiling fan for added relaxation. King bedroom 2 faces west and takes in the afternoon light and sunsets. There is a private balcony to let the fresh mountain air into the room. This room also has a TV, ceiling fan, vanity, sitting area for comfort.
