Bring your own boat or kayak and dock it overnight right in front of the condo, on a first come first serve basis.
The living room has beautiful views of the water and has patio doors that lead to a private balcony overlooking Lake Conroe and the Safe Harbor Walden Marina. You can watch the wildlife, including ducks and herons. The living room couch has a queen size pullout bed with upgraded mattress.
