This is the home you have been waiting for! Exceptional luxury log home with breathtaking views of the San Juan Mountains very close to downtown! Upon entering this luxury home, you immediately notice the main living room with expansive vaulted ceilings and large windows that bring in the natural light. The two story stone fireplace is the heart of this home with comfortable sofas and chairs for gathering with friends and family while you watch the alpenglow over the mountains. During those cool summer evenings, walk right outside the sliding glass doors onto the huge wrap around deck with charcoal grill and outdoor dining area, a great place to dine alfresco.
Open to the living room is the large kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a stone island with gas stove. The dining room is adjacent to kitchen with seating for 6 and just down the hall is a large family room with large TV, sofas and additional dining table and chairs. One bedroom with king bed is also located on this floor as well as an adjacent bathroom. From here take a walk up the wood and iron stairs to the exceptionally large master loft with built in closets, ensuite bathroom, and expansive views for a mile!
We're not finished yet! From main floor, walk down another flight of stairs to the game room which includes a ping pong table, sofas and custom bar with wine cooler for your favorite beverages. The third bedroom with king bed is also on this level with the 3rd bathroom.
This is where your fun begins! Only 25 minutes from Wolf Creek is the icing on the cake! If you are looking for a true rocky mountain experience, this is the place for you!
