Relax at our peaceful home nestled among the Long Leaf Pine and Oak trees.
Cozy up by the fireplace in our open concept living room. Prepare homecooked meals in our fully equipped kitchen with gas stove. Enjoy dinners at the large farmhouse table or on the back deck. Spend your evenings relaxing on the covered back porch or toasting marshmallows by the fire pit.
Upstairs, when you’re ready to retire for the evening, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, to include master with king bed and large en suite.
Quiet, mature neighborhood with pleasant neighbors. Load up the kayak and head over to Lake McPhaul, or go for a 10 minute walk from the house. The lake features horse shoes, picnic tables, and benches.
We’re just 4 miles (7 minutes) to downtown Southern Pines and downtown Aberdeen. However, with limited rideshare availability and lack of bike lanes, a car is necessary for your Pineland adventure.
