This Four Bedroom Town Home at Regal Palms Resort & Spa sleeps 8 people - perfect for a large family! The master bedroom located on the 2nd floor has a King Bed with flat screen TV as well as en-suite bathroom complete with garden tub. There are two other bedrooms upstairs both with two twin beds inside and flat screen TV's in each. There is also a full bathroom in the upstairs hallway. The fourth bedroom is located downstairs and has a full size bed with flat screen TV. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, the spacious living room has two plush leather sofas and wood floors. The dining area has a table can seat 6 plus there are two bar stools off the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you will to cook a meal for your family - cookware, dinnerware, silverware and utensils. Towels and linens are also provided and there is a washer/dryer for your convenience. The Regal Palms Resort offers a variety of amenities for guests to enjoy including: Zero entry pool with lazy river and water slide, hot tub, sand volleyball court, spa, fitness center with sauna and locker rooms, indoor and outdoor playground for children, arcade, and Frankie Farrell’s Irish Pub & Grille with poolside Tiki Bar. There is $17.50 per day Resort Fee payable upon arrival. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Regal Palms is a gated community. There is a security guard at the gate available for assistance 24 hours a day. There are also four BBQ areas located throughout the community available for guest use on a first-come, first-served basis.
