Just 10 minute bus ride to downtown Seattle and 5 minutes to University of Washington or minutes to local freeway. Your own parking space. Two laundry rooms with a total of four new stacking washer and dryers. Agreement includes a housekeeper once a week for two hours to clean and change towels and sheets and general cleaning at your convenience per house rules.
