After a busy day at the beach or boardwalk, or a night on the town in Rehoboth or Dewey, you'll savor the peace and tranquility of Spring Lake. Bordering a hiking trail, it's scenic, quiet and picturesque and offers an absolutely gorgeous and large community pool and several tranquil ponds. The gorgeous condo offers quality and tasteful furnishings, a W/D, CAC, and 2 decks. There is a main floor bedroom with private access to hall bath and a second loft bedroom with it's own en-suite bath. Bike to the beach or downtown areas of both Rehoboth and Dewey Beach (1 mile +/- to each!) No Pets, Smoking or Parties, (quiet time after 10 pm). Please note this rental has a 30 day minimum. Guests pay a $200 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
