Enjoy your own private oasis! Situated on over a half acre with fenced in yard, in ground saltwater pool, fire pit, and outside dining area. This home boasts 7 bedrooms. There is a bedroom bath on the first floor, three bedrooms and full bath on second floor, plus Master Suite with private bath. The kids will love the third floor dormitory! Sleeps a total of 20 people!! There is a fabulous kitchen /dining area, perfect for cooking and enjoying large family meals. Minutes to beaches!

CHECK IN/OUT
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Keys will be picked up from the 24 hour kiosk set up outside of our office; Century 21 Gilmartin & Company.
We can NOT offer late departures or early check-ins. We need to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Maximum capacity of 20 people. There are 7 bedrooms.
First floor bedroom has a queen bed and 1/2 bath on first floor
Second floor master bedroom has a king bed with a large private full bath, fireplace and smart tv
Second floor has 3 additional bedrooms with queen beds and shared hallway bath
Third floor has bedroom with queen bed. second bedroom has 2 single trundle beds (4 beds). There is another full bath on this floor.
There are two full sized pull out sofa beds on first floor
ENTERTAINMENT
There is a large 55 inch television in the family room with cable television and streaming capability. High speed internet. There is also a 48 inch smart tv in master bedroom. Log into your paid services and don't forget to log out when you leave!
BEACH
There are two public beach areas Cape May City and Cape May Point, that require tags. We DO NOT provide beach tags. Daily/weekly tags can be purchased with cash at any of the beach entrances.
OUTDOORS
Please use the fire pit with care and caution. No oversized fires are permitted and fires outside the fire pit are strictly prohibited.
There is a large fenced in yard for your pets. Kindly clean up after your pets.
POOL
There is a pool service that comes mid-week to clean/treat the pool. There may be some leaves or debris when you arrive as we have many surrounding trees and lovely ocean breezes. Kindly, do your best to use the skimmer before you check out and out of respect of the next guests, remove any pool toys, floats etc. you may have enjoyed during your stay.
The pool is heated from May-October up to 85 degrees F. Please do not attempt to raise the temperature any higher than 85.

Once your lease is signed, a dedicated rental agent will reach out to you through the email you provide. Please be respectful of neighbors. west Cape May is a quaint little beach community and we love our wonderful neighbors and care about hosting only those who can agree to house rules. Including but not limited to, NO loud music, parties or generally disturbing behavior.

** TRASH GOES OUT TUESDAY NIGHT** if you fail to take the trash to the curb there will be a $100 pick up charge
