Twice the fun – a charming, classic lake cottage with lovely water views on Little Glen Lake's south shore, and a modern guest house next to a private tennis court. All situated on 1 1/2 acres on the lake side of the road.
THE COTTAGE sleeps up to 6, just a few steps from Glen Lake, is 900 square feet of knotty pine interior with hard wood floors and a fireplace – truly an up-north getaway. A sweet little 3-season porch overlooks Little Glen Lake and the Sleeping Bear Dunes. The kitchen has all the essential tools you could want to prepare and serve your meals. With 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, the Cottage sleeps up to 6 comfortably, in 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and one set of twin bunk beds.
THE CLUB HOUSE is a charming 2-story home with 3 bedrooms, 1½ baths, and a large bright living room, right next to the private tennis/ pickleball court. At a very comfortable 1200 square feet, it easily sleeps up to 7 guests. The kitchen is stocked with essential tools and includes a washer and dryer. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has 1 queen bed, while up the stairs is a bedroom with 1 full bed, a second bedroom with 3 twin beds, and a ½ bath.
The property is 1½ acres, with over 100 feet of private direct lake frontage and plenty of lawn for outdoor games. * the road is NOT between the cottages and the lake. Little Glen Lake is very shallow near the shore and ideal for families with small children. We provide a dock and mooring buoy for your boat. Glen Arbor is just 3½ miles away, Empire 4½ miles. Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday. ask about long weekend rates for Spring and fall.
