Positive: Property has been recently renovated with love, warmth and attention to detail. Every inch of space in this small cottage is brilliantly used. It was easy to keep clean and organized with small touches like a towel rack in an ideal spot on the porch. The location also couldn’t be better. Walk 5 minutes directly down the street and your beach spot is located right near the beach restrooms. We actually liked being away from the noise of the main area in the evening. The porch has a light breeze in the afternoon that is ideal for reading and relaxing. Shower pressure is excellent with plenty of hot water.

Negative: If you are used to heavier bedding bring your own blanket or duvet. Bedding provided is very light - great for washing easily between guests, but I had trouble sleeping well. It’s a personal preference, but good to know if you sleep under a heavy duvet at home. Kid’s room did have extra blankets so they were happy. Adding a wine opener and measure cups would round out the excellent kitchen items provided.

Summary: Ideal location, lovely porch and a nice beachy theme to set the tone for a great vacation
