The house has 1 bedroom, a full bath (with heated floors!!), fully equipped kitchen, Sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping space, outdoor patio and a driveway where you can park if you have a small car.
FOR FAMILIES: Babies and small kids are considered guests and are to be included in the guest count. Please note that there is absolutely no baby-proofing of any kind.
We ask that you please help keep our house neat & kindly remove and leave shoes outside. No shoes inside the house.

Other things to note
House is completely secured with a wooden fence that needs to be manually opened when arriving to the house. Wooden gate is a bit heavy to open, once opened you can drive you're vehicle in and park in the secure driveway.

Thank you so much for choosing our place. We certainly hope you enjoy your stay. Below are some rules you should be aware of and follow during your stay.
1. We ask that you kindly remove your shoes before entering the house. The wooden floors are very delicate and dent very easily.
2. Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home (front entrance, patio and side garden). Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
3. There shall be no parties or group gatherings other than registered guests. Any extra guests or party, we will charge from your deposit.
4. Check in time is 4pm and please do not enter the house before 4pm.
5. Check out time is 10am or earlier. The cleaners will be there to start cleaning at check out time. Please note: If you check-out later than 10:00 am, a late check-out fee of $50 will be automatically imposed.
6. Only ONE vehicle is allowed to park in the driveway.
7. When you are not in the house, we ask that you please turn off all lights.
8. Smoking is NOT allowed in the house of patio area….of ANY substance...even if you have a prescription.
