-Guests must take out trash according to garbage schedule provided in check in email (penalty of $135 will be charged if this rule is not followed with evidence sent) and consent to being texted about their stay.
-Guests may not touch the pool equipment without permission, and may not set pool temperature above 85 degrees. If our team finds the pool has been heated beyond this there will be a penalty charge of $500 assessed.
-Violation of any of the house rules will result in cancellation of the reservation and eviction without any refund for remaining nights.
