East Beach is located 1.1 miles from the property. A unique setup with both a main house and guest house in one package perfect for spreading out a larger group. When you are not at the beach or the pier or restaurants there is plenty to do here. The front yard has a high quality 4 hole putting green to warm up on before your tee time. There is a fenced in dedicated cornhole area. Swimming pool for kids or cocktails. There are numerous outdoor lounging areas with umbrellas and an outdoor dining area complete with Kamano grill/smoker for the chef in the group to show off with. The main house has a large living room complete with big screen TV. Also in the living room is a high top with four stools for games or hot wings on game day. There is a small library for those that forgot to bring a book and a selection of games to play as well.
