It's located in a quiet cul-de-sac to relax, and enjoy a swim in the pool. Unwind with the beautiful lake view from our gorgeous wrap around Terrace. Make sure to bring your favorite drinks and food while enjoying the view of Lake Havasu.
The space
Our home has a modern nautical color scheme with a beautiful lake home look & feel. With 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom with a King or Queen bed, plus a sofa sleeper in the downstairs bedroom.
There is a Pool Table & Poker Table to enjoy, fully stocked kitchen, with breakfast bar and wine bar. As well as formal dining room so there is plenty of seating for everyone.
Once you step outside there is a full size pool with spa, and a gazebo to lounge with family and friends.
We have two car ports to keep your cars under and enough parking for a boat or RV.

We are about 8 minutes from the marina, and 12 min from downtown.
