This is a quiet, respectful property shared with your hosts, who live in the main house adjacent to the cottage. We warmly welcome travelers, visiting parents, professionals, and outdoor enthusiasts seeking a peaceful, well-located stay. We greet all guests in person between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. If you're looking for a fully hands-off or high-traffic space, this likely isn’t the right fit.

No visitors are allowed on the property beyond the reservation. If you're coming to visit a CU student (for move-in, Graduation, Parents Weekend, or any other reason), all time with them must take place off the property.
About the Cottage:
Our light-filled cottage is privately situated at the back of our property, just behind the main house where we live. Featuring vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and abundant natural light, it provides a cozy and thoughtfully curated space for medium-length stays (up to 40 days maximum, please inquire if longer).
Inside you’ll find:
- Comfortable double bed with quality linens in a cozy sleeping nook
- Full kitchen with fridge, oven/stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, and cooking essentials
- Wi-Fi and 40" Roku TV for streaming
- Private bathroom with shower, stocked with soft towels and toiletries
- Private patio just off the kitchen — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation
Host Presence:
We live on-site in the main house and are regularly outside maintaining the yard, mowing the lawn, hanging laundry, and caring for the property, including the areas around and near the cottage. We personally greet guests upon arrival to welcome you and point out helpful details in the cottage.
If you are seeking complete privacy and no interaction with hosts, this may not be the ideal choice, as we maintain an involved and friendly presence.

Parking Information:
There is no on-street parking directly in front of the home, as spaces are limited and reserved for residents. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we kindly ask guests not to park on our block. Convenient guest parking is available just three houses up the street (approximately 150 feet away).
