It boasts 4 bedrooms (1 up and 3 down), 2 bathrooms, 2 separate living areas, an upper front deck, and an outdoor living area complete with barbecue, bar-fridge, and chiminea. The upstairs living has split system aircon/heating plus ceiling fan; downstairs living and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. There's an outdoor hot shower, an enclosed yard, and off-street parking (with room for your trailer or boat).
