NOTE: Please carefully read before booking. Registration requires tenant evaluation by the building management (not by us hosts) prior to arrival. There will be a fee of $150 per guest and $150 both if married for registration (directly payable to the front desk) for security purposes, and an option for rush service at $200 total. Free parking is available during the entire stay with a $25 parking registration fee. Note that the parking registration office is only open during weekdays, and if you arrive with an unregistered rental car on a weekend it may incur a $15 daily valet fee. There is an Enterprise rental service across the street from the building, where you can easily rent during your stay.

Our fully equipped 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite features a high-ceiling, modern finished, parking, and a huge balcony with stunning day and night views!

The cozy living area is setup with a sectional sofa where you can relax or watch movies on the 43" TV. We have a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances including a large fridge and stove - perfect for someone who loves to cook and entertain.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and access to the private balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and access to the private balcony. for those who are working while here, We have a desk and monitor for your use!

Guests are provided with full sets of hotel-quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels.

An ensuite washer and dryer and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 200 Mbps are all provided during your stay!

This form states the dates of your arrival and departure, Photo ID of the primary guest, Full names of the primary and rest of the guests above 18 yrs of age, employment, personal references, and confirmation message that the guests will follow the building rules.

*The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
