Greenbrier River access nearby at Talcott paved boat ramp. Just one mile from Pence Springs Flea Market. 10 Minutes to Alderson Fourth of July Festival. Talcott John Henry Days, and The New River National Park at Hinton is 20 minutes. New River Gorge is a 90 minute drive . Enjoy the fishing and boating on the river. Excellent catfish and bass area. The house is not waterfront but you can access the river by trail at the Pence Springs bridge just one mile and by Boat Ramp at the Talcott ramp just 4 miles. Kayak, canoe, raft, or swim the beautiful greenbrier river. Shopping and Restaurants nearby in Hinton and Alderson. Enjoy the GateWay to the New River Gorge National Park at Hinton, WV. 20 minutes to Class 1, 2 and 3 rapids Outfitters located in Hinton. 90 minute drive to the New River National Park Gorge Class 3,4, and 5 Rapids. Hike the nearby New River Park Trails along the New River ParkWay at Hinton. Check the National Park Service websites for details. Sandstone Falls Trail 35 minutes. Boardwalk to the Waterfalls and more aggressive trails. See the amazing SandStone Falls on the New River Gorge. The driveway to the house is on a slight hill as seen in photos. You will be parking here in the driveway. Sleeps four. No large groups or additional guests overnight. The house is small but adequate. There is not a yard and the road is beside the house as seen in the photos. I have a long porch and an adjoining deck. No smoking. No pets. Some exceptions for guest over 4 varies. There is a small loveseat that pulls out into a bed. Please email me for questions. Smoking is permitted on the porch and deck.
