Please note: we do not have a washer or dryer for guest use. We are happy to help coordinate pick-up/drop-off laundry services.
SPECIAL TOUCHES
All bedrooms have smart TVs connected to Roku for you to watch through your personal log-ins (don’t worry, they are automatically removed on check-out!). Bedrooms also each include workspace desk, lamps w/usb charging spots, and sound machine. We provide starter coffee, tea, cooking basics, dishwasher detergent, TP and paper towels and have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron ready for you.
HUGE ½ ACRE FENCED BACKYARD
Step out the back door into your private covered patio and tree-studded backyard space, made for slow mornings and long evenings: a covered seating area and outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, Solo Stove fire pit, cornhole, and assorted sports equipment are on hand. Kiddos will love the tree swing, the room to run, and the play set with swing, trapeze bar, mud kitchen, and slide. Please note that the back ¼ portion of the lot is not landscaped.

Stroll to the heart of Olde Town in under 10 minutes, where you’ll find boutique shops, unique restaurants, bike trails, art galleries, a yoga studio, parks, events, Light Rail station, and more.
Closest intersection for mapping purposes to downtown Denver, Red Rocks, or your desired visitor spot is Wadsworth & Ralston Rd, Arvada 80002. If you’re heading out of Olde Town, a car is recommended.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The two-level backyard playset includes swing, trapeze bar, slide, and outdoor mud kitchen. We offer baby, toddler, and child-friendly features throughout and pack-and-play, child dishware, bath mat, safety locks, stroller, and high chair available. Kids’ amenities are always on hand, but be sure to request when you book, and we will do our best to have them ready for you to ensure you have the best stay.

Quiet hours 11pm-7am.
No smoking allowed of any kind.
No parties, events or gatherings greater than the 6 people on the reservation.
No pets or visiting pets, no emotional support animals (exception of ADA service dogs).
No feathers, glitter, slime, confetti, silly string, or other items that can damage the home or are difficult to clean. If found, an additional $500 cleaning fee will be applied.
Garage and basement are personal owner storage and staff access only, and will be unoccupied during your stay.
No smoking of any kind, indoors or outdoors.
For guest safety and property security, we have five exterior cameras: doorbell, exterior front entry, driveway, exterior side yard, exterior backyard.
Fire Pit and BBQ use are subject to Jefferson County fire restrictions or bans and use is not guaranteed.
TEMPORARY ALERT: WE ARE CURRENTLY IN A STAGE 2 FIRE BAN. NO FIRE PIT USE DURING YOUR JULY OR AUGUST STAY (as of 7/28/26). The BBQ grill can be used as it is fueled by propane and has an off switch.
CHECK-IN: WHAT TO EXPECT
Check-in is 4pm. You will receive a unique code for our keyless door entry and a welcome message. Be sure to read our detailed guest guidebook for Olde Town tips and info on appliances and amenities. Park in the long driveway or use free street parking in designated areas.
CHECK-OUT: WHAT TO EXPECT
Check-out before 11am. No long to-do list; we ask that you pick up any loose trash, lock the back door, and load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Our cleaner can take it from there! Do notify us via your booking app when you’ve departed and let us know if there’s anything that needs our attention.
Important Notes:
No washer/dryer for use during your stay. Clean and friendly BubblyFresh laundromat <10 minute drive from the home. For stays longer than 7 days, we can help you arrange laundry service for pick-up and drop-off at the home with 24-48 hr turnaround.
Unapproved events incur fines, and no smoking or pets are allowed inside or outside the home. Quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM out of respect to neighbors.
Bedroom fireplace is decorative and can not be used.
There is some light train noise (however no train horns are allowed in the area). We have provided sound machines for each bedroom to alleviate any late-night train activity.
