The space
The dramatic 20'+ floor to ceiling windows wrap around the main living area provide stunning views from every area of this gorgeous 2918sf, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a study/den. The chef's kitchen has a gas cooktop, double ovens to include a convection oven, large kitchen island, quartz countertops and gorgeous custom cabinetry. The main level has 2 beautifully appointed bedrooms with a shared full bath. The 3rd bedroom is a master suite with queen bed and private bath. two bathrooms. A second master suite is privately situated on the second level with balcony views of the marsh and access to the rooftop. The European-style bath with open shower, luxurious extra-long Jacuzzi, dual vanities, barn door-style doors, and Japanese shoji sun panels provide a spa-like experience that is hard to match. The western exposure in the evenings provide a sunset backdrop that is picture perfect. Enjoy your coffee or morning yoga on the back deck while listening to the tranquil sounds of the waterfall. This unique home leaves a lasting impression and is one short block from the beach and within walking distance. Beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards, beach mat, extra refrigerator, paddle board and umbrellas for your use.

Parking for only 4 vehicles. 2 small vehicles back to back under carport and 2 vehicles in driveway.
A welcome guide with check in/out instructions, How-to instructions, House Rules, and information about the Folly Beach area will be provided after reservation is made.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler for any unused days/nights within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
NO SMOKING . Violators will be fined for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $500+ fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Folly's Ordinance rules.
