Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I liked that it was very clean and all on one floor without having to go up or downstairs to get to the bedroom. We loved the sparkling kitchen and the upscale appliances. We all loved the shower, very relaxing and great water flow to the large shower head. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the landscaping and the nice touches on the way into the unit. No troubles with check -in. The location was great. We were able to find parking easily, a couple of times right in front of the unit. The street was very beautiful with lots of trees. As we were moving our child into Upenn, it was very convenient.

Negative: I would definitely not call it a huge kitchen. I rented this stay because I love to cook and hoped to cook dinner for 4 everynight. There were not enough utensils or plates to get through even one meal. The kitchen was basically one wall with very little counter space. Very frustrating to try to cook a real meal and having to keep washing everything before I even set the table. So don't rent this unit if you plan to cook! The Brita pitcher was greatly appreciated because we are not used the heavily chlorinated water in Philly.

Summary: Very enjoyable. Would rent again but with the expectation of eating dinner out.
