Wake up to the sounds of the waves crashing against the soft white sand. Take in the open concept kitchen/dining room/living room area and 2 private balconies. BBQ on the outdoor stainless steel propane grill, or take a bike ride down the strand to the downtown area full of shopping and restaurants.
Spend a lazy day at the beach, or kick it into high gear, with some surfing or hiking! In the garage, you'll find surfboards, beach chairs, sports equipment, toys for the kids, beach blankets, and many other summer time activities that can be utilized all year around.
Other amenities include high-speed WIFI (1 Gig), two internet connected Smart TVs with all the apps, 2 parking spots (one inside the garage and one on the driveway), and even a gas fireplace for those chilly winter nights.

- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces. Blocking the neighbors driveways or violating city parking rules is expressly prohibited and may result in additional fines.
