The space
The property sits at the end of the street in a quiet residential neighborhood. The Cottage at Silver Water is a new modern home with 10’ ceilings and Scandinavian furnishings. It is situated on ½ acre waterfront lot with broad water views. The house sits between the main house (Silver Water) and a neighboring weekend residence.
Surround your senses with curated luxuries of some of the country’s most desired brands: Brooklinen, Bodum, Vitruvi, ROAM, Lafco, RH, Eames, Article, Joybird, William Sonoma Home, Evermill, Fellow, Sonos, West Elm and more.
The house is spread over 2 floors. The ground floor has the green bedroom with a walk-in closet, laundry room, full bathroom as well as the main living area and covered patio.
The second floor offers the blue bedroom, private covered balcony with en-suite bathroom and generous walk-in closet. The second floor also offers the third bedroom/office with marble topped desk and twin sized day bed. This space is ideal for those traveling with children as there isn’t a second floor bathroom other than the en-suite of the blue room.
All of the rooms have sweeping views of the bay.
Guest access
Free parking is available in the driveway. There is no garage access. Parking is limited to three vehicles. The house’s front door is through the metal slotted gate (push) and follow the cobblestone path.
Other things to note
This house is ideal for 1-2 couples or a family. There are 2 main bedrooms as well as an office/bedroom off the second floor bedroom. The 3rd space doesn’t have a true bed, but a day bed. Additionally, there is only one (en-suite) bathroom on the second floor.
