Follow the private stair path down to the private dock and waterfront to spend the day at the lake. Two kayaks and life jackets are provided for use during your stay. You can also launch your boat from nearby Penn Yan (five miles away) and tie it off at the dock. Groceries, local dining options, and all the supplies you'll need to stock up on during your stay can also be found in Penn Yan. For a break from the lake, you can spend a day tasting your way around the area's many phenomenal vineyards and wineries.
The interior features an open layout that seamlessly blends the kitchen and living areas. An electric fireplace and mounted mini-split air-conditioning are equipped for year-round home comfort.
