762 Spinnaker Beach Villa comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 encompasses the entire upstairs of the villa with a new king size bed, quality linens, a streaming TV and access to the outdoor deck to take in the ocean breezes with your morning coffee. The full ensuite bath offers an exterior vanity area and tub/shower. Bedroom 2 is on the main living level and features 2 new double beds, quality bedding, a streaming TV and a full bath with tub/shower conveniently located right outside the bedroom.
There are two exterior decks, one on each level. There is covered parking and a storage area under the cottage are extra nice amenities! There are beach chairs, a beach wagon and beach umbrellas available for guest use and the beach access is right across the street from the Spinnaker Villas, are there in 5 minutes! The Club pools, dining and golf are also a 5 min. walk from this villa.
